Frequent questions
I bought the unlock on another iPhone. How do I restore it?
Open Unbroken, tap Settings → Restore purchase. As long as you’re signed into the same Apple ID that bought the unlock, it will restore in a moment—no account, no password, no receipt required.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find Unbroken in your purchase history, and choose “Request a refund.” If you have trouble, email us and we’ll help.
Something’s broken or the app crashes.
Sorry about that. Email help@getunbroken.app with a short description of what happened. If you can attach a screenshot or a screen recording, even better. We’ll usually ship a fix in the next update.
How do I end my current challenge or start over?
Open Settings and tap End challenge now. That wipes the current run and the challenge is marked Broken. When you’re ready, start a new challenge—same habit or a different one. The rule is the rule: one habit, every day, and if you stop, you start over from zero.
Is there an Android version?
No. Unbroken is iOS-only and uses Apple-specific frameworks (HealthKit, MusicKit, on-device speech) that don’t have direct Android equivalents. We have no plans for an Android build.
Do you sell my data?
No. There is no server, no account, no analytics, no tracking. Everything about your habit and progress stays on your iPhone. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
Deleting your data
Unbroken has no accounts and no cloud storage, so there is nothing on a server for us to delete. To remove all of the app’s data from your iPhone:
Delete the app. Touch and hold the Unbroken icon on your home screen, tap Remove App, then Delete App. That removes your habit, challenge history, and local data permanently.
A single counter—how many challenges you’ve started—is stored in your private iCloud key-value store so your free-challenge count follows you across your own devices. To clear that too: Settings (iOS) → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Unbroken → Delete Data.
